Frequently Asked Questions

When can I hire the hall?
We are open for hire Mondays - Fridays 18:00 22:00, 08:30-17:30 on Saturdays and 09:30-17:30 on Sundays.

Please note Fir Vale School is not available for hire on Bank Holidays.

Please be aware our office hours are different to the hours the venue is available to hire. Our offices are open 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday to take enquiries and answer your questions.

Can I book an event or party?
We can certainly accommodate children's parties at Fir Vale School. Take a look at our party spaces here to find out more.

Can I booking during school holidays?
Unfortunately we are not currently able to accommodate bookings during school holidays. Visit the BookingsGuru website to find another venue nearby.

Is there parking on site?
There is limited parking on site for up to 60 cars.

Can I view the venue before booking?
Yes, you can arrange a viewing of the venue and space you are interested in hiring before you make a booking. Contact Us or fill in the enquiry form below and we will arrange everything for you with the site team.

Will I be asked for documents before booking?

What happens when I arrive on site?
Once you have made a booking at Fir Vale School and you arrive on site, head to the main reception where a member of our site team will greet you and direct you to your booked space.
